e-TAPA Application Submission
- TAPA Application must be submitted 28 days before the program/activity.
- For applications below RM3000 (TP approval) and RM4000 (Pengarah approval), BHEA will process within 14 days.
- For applications over RM4000 will require more time since it must be approved by the Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa TAPA.
- The application must be uploaded in the form of PDF (with digital signature) or PDF (scanned version with actual signature).

e-TAPA Report Submission
- TAPA Report (in MS Word) must be submitted within 14 days after the activity has been completed. All submitted TAPA reports will be published in ASiD Digest (e-ISSN: XXXX-XXXX). [Pending due to COVID-19 pandemic]

Permohonan Pendahuluan, Pelarasan & Tuntutan Pelbagai TAPA must be submitted by hand MANUALLY (hardcopy) at the BHEA Front Desk
- BHEA Pusat Asasi akan menyemak serta meneliti dokumen-dokumen yang dihantar, mengesahkan resit, dan seterusnya menyerahkan kepada Pejabat Pengarah untuk mengesahkan permohonan. Permohonan yang telah disahkan akan dihantar ke Pejabat Bendahari untuk diproses.

- "8.1 Pendahuluan pelbagai hendaklah diselaraskan dalam tempoh dua (2) bulan dari tarikh bayaran pendahuluan dengan mengemukakan resit-resit / bukti bayaran yang telah disahkan oleh Ketua pusat Tanggungjawab."
The changes of DATE must be submitted by hand MANUALLY (hardcopy) at the BHEA Front Desk
- Only the changes of the DATE will be entertained.
- If there is a change of the PROGRAM/ACTIVITY, then a new application must be submitted once again via the e-TAPA Application submission Google form link.
